Photo Restoration

Photo Restoration and Repair brings those old photos to life!

So many of the photos we have of our ancestors are faded, scratched, wrinkled and blemished. That certainly would not look very good in our scrapbooks!

Most of these precious photos of our predecessors can be made beautiful again with a little time, a lot of patience and some good computer software programs. Our photo restoration can do wonders to repair pictures that you thought you would never be able to use.

This original was a tintype made around 1880. It was framed and
displayed until it was damaged in a fire in 1965. From 1965 until
a few months ago it was stored in a box.

If you have old photos that are in desperate need, let us look at them and we will give you a quote for their repair. We do not publish a price list for restoration because we need to see the photo in order to estimate the time required for the photo repair.

This photo from the early 1890's. It is not always possible to get perfect results, but we can usually get improvement. We will always tell you the results that we expect and update you if that changes.

It was recently restored and added to a family history album.
